このたび LULL TECH BEACH は、昨今の渋谷エリアにおける賃料高騰および物価上昇の影響を受け、2026年4月より施設運営体制を全面的にリニューアルさせていただくこととなりました。

これまで多くの皆様にご愛顧いただいてまいりましたが、現在のサービス形態を維持したままの運営が困難という判断に至り、2026年3月31日（火）をもちまして、個人向けコワーキングサービスを終了いたします。

急なご案内となりましたことを深くお詫び申し上げますとともに、これまでのご厚情にスタッフ一同心より感謝申し上げます。

■ 2026年4月以降の運営体制について
4月以降は、法人・プロジェクト単位のチーム利用を前提とした施設運営へと移行いたします。

利用形態： チーム・団体利用（固定席・個室利用など）
運営方式： 施設開閉自由、固定鍵貸与（※所定の審査あり）
料金： 渋谷エリアのオフィス賃料相場を考慮した価格設定へ変更予定


■ 現行契約およびサービス終了のスケジュール
現在の個人向け月額プランをご契約中の会員様におかれましては、以下の通りとなります。

最終決済日： 2026年2月20日（金）
最終利用日： 2026年3月31日（火）

お手続き： 現行の月額契約は3月末をもって自動終了となります。会員様ご自身での解約手続きは不要です。


■ ドロップインクーポンのご利用について
現在配布・発行しております「ドロップインクーポン」の有効期限は、一律 2026年3月31日（火）までとさせていただきます。 有効期限を過ぎてのご利用はできかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

4月以降の新体制（チーム利用・法人契約）での継続利用、または施設活用にご興味のある方は、

[Important] LULL TECH BEACH Facility Management System Renewal and End of Service for Individuals

Thank you for your continued patronage of LULL TECH BEACH.

Due to the recent rise in rents and operating costs in the Shibuya area, LULL TECH BEACH will be implementing a comprehensive renewal of its facility management structure starting in April 2026.

While we have sincerely appreciated the support of our many valued customers, we have decided that it has become increasingly difficult to maintain our current service format.
Accordingly, our coworking services for individual customers will be discontinued as of Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

We deeply apologize for this sudden announcement and would like to express our sincere gratitude for your loyal support and patronage.

■ Management Structure from April 2026
From April 2026, we will transition to a facility operation model focused on team use, primarily serving corporate and project-based groups.

Usage: Corporate / project teams
Access: 24/7 access with assigned keys (subject to screening)
Pricing: Adjusted to reflect current market office rents in the Shibuya area.

■ Schedule for Current Contracts and Service Termination
For members currently subscribed to an individual monthly plan, the schedule is as follows:

Final payment date: Friday, February 20, 2026
Final use date: Tuesday, March 31, 2026
Procedure: The current monthly contracts will automatically end at the end of March. No action is required by members.

■ Regarding the Use of Drop-In Coupons
The expiration date for all Drop-In Coupons currently issued will be Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Coupons cannot be used after they expire. We kindly ask that you use them before the expiration date.
